I highly recommend Wayne Kucinski, owner of Top Cut Construction. He’s a “Jack of all trades” and a master of them all! In the past, Wayne has done numerous jobs for me. He refreshed my kitchen, which included installing a new window, plastering, hanging sheetrock walls, refacing cabinets, building counter tops, affixing a wall backsplash, installing trim, and replacing an exhaust fan. I continue to get compliments on the work that he did. In addition to this, he patched both roofs and coated them with a layer of fibered aluminum. He also waterproofed the stucco on the back of the house. Most recently, Wayne came at a moment’s notice and pumped out my flooded basement. He returned the next day to pump again and to dry the space. Before he left, he installed a new hot water heater. He has a strong work ethic and produces quality work. He’s skilled, honest, trust-worthy and dependable. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne and Top Cut Construction.

We used Wayne and Top Cut Construction to re-do our diningroom. Our plan was to add wanesscotting and Wayne was the best man for the job. Since we are in an older home, Wayne provided us with 3 options, built mini-versions of the look for each option, and we worked together to determine the best method. He was careful to make sure even the smallest of details fit into the architecture of the house. We get compliments on his work all the time. Nice quality work at a reasonable price.

Can't say enough about Top Cut Construction. Wayne has been a pleasure to work with. He recently completed a siding project on my personal home. He went the extra step and installed several layers of insulation to make the home super efficient. I have called several contractors in the past and lots of bad experiences. I always make it a point to keep Wayne's number handy for several properties that I own. He always responds to my texts and voicemails and is honest about the time frame to come and complete a job. Wayne always comes prepared with his own tools and cleans any mess prior to leaving. look forward to working with Top Cut construction for all future projects.

Wayne Kucinski from Top Cut Construction removed my old shower and built a handicapped accessible one for me. He worked with me to make sure my new shower was personalized to meet all my needs. He did an incredibly professional job! My new shower looks awesome and is just perfect for me! He completed the work ahead of schedule. He even cleaned up after himself when he was through! I would recommend him to anyone needing construction work.

Wayne is a true professional, always responsive. He did a wonderful job replacing my flat roof, my hot water heater and multiple maintenance issues, I will recommend him for any repair job. His price is very reasonable and his work is very neat.

Wayne is amazing! He and his team are so thorough and communicated with us during the entire project. He heard what we wanted, and didn't try to pressure us into upgrades we didn't want. The prices were fair and he was honest in all his dealings with us. His work is beyond what we expected! He is honest and a pleasure to work with. We love our deck! Also, our dogs like him! We plan on using him in the future for projects.

I highly recommend Wayne of Top Cut Construction. He is the best, and can do it all including plumbing and electrical. He is a perfectionist and will finish the job better than all expectations. He has renovated over 90% of my house from kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, closets, and much more. He has much experience renovating small, older row houses where space is limited, and brings a level of expertise unlike any other!

Wayne and his team from Top Cut Construction did an absolutely amazing job remodeling our front entry way. We gave him free rein on the ideas to come up with. It’s an older home so everything had to be customized. The man is an artist! The finished result was spectacular! It was better than we had hoped or imagined! We immediately chose Top Cut Construction for more work on our garage. We tried to get quotes from other companies but they were “too busy”. Top Cut delivered when needed and went above and beyond! I could not possibly have been more thrilled with Top Cut Construction and my kitchen renovation. I highly recommend! As soon as I met Wayne, I could tell he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. He listened to everything I wanted, pointed out a couple issues he’d need to navigate, and figured out how to achieve everything on my want list. His pricing was very fair, he started when he said he was starting, finished when he anticipated, showed up every single day in between. He handled every step of the project, from demo to plumbing, electric, and all of the finishing work. He never once came to me with a problem, and when a couple unexpected issues arose, he always came with a solution- never asked for additional money. His crew was respectful, trustworthy, and they left the jobsite extremely neat every day. He transformed my 1970s kitchen nightmare into the 2022 kitchen of my dreams🤩and even threw in a couple creative surprises. I wouldn’t even waste a minute looking elsewhere for my next project. THE BEST!!

I had Wayne remove a door frame that was way too narrow for my power wheelchair. He widened the door and turned the angle of it 45 degrees. My bathroom is now fully accessible from my power chair. No more coming home and having to transfer out of my power chair into my manual chair to use my bathroom, this means a lot to me when I come home in dire need "to go". The floor was patched in with some saved planks I saved from when I had the new kitchen and office floor installed a few years ago. I did not have Top Cut paint since I have a painter guy I've been using for years and years. He also installed "off-set" special hinges on my bathroom door which gave me an additional 2 inches of clearance, no more banging my hands on the door since it swings out parallel to the door frame trim now. I highly recommend Wayne & Wayne Jr of Top Cut Construction. Thank You Wayne
